Holidays can be a stressful time - and this season, with all its sacrifices, is more likely to be so than usual.
And yet, there is sooo much to be grateful for! Pausing to move our bodies, slow down our minds, and invite in gratitude is a sure way to make this day of thanks - and the holiday season to come - more enriching, more peaceful, more meaningful.
These classes are about more than just physical movement.
This is about community.
My classes offer a unique opportunity to connect with others - so very important for us all right now. Unlike pre-recorded online yoga classes, I will be with you LIVE. We will say hello, I will offer a brief grounding meditation, then we will take a moment to connect with each other before our asana (the physical postures) practice begins.
As a special treat, I offer live music during savasana. We also take a moment at the end of class to say good-bye and close our connection together as we wish each other well.

Flex & Flow class description: This class offers the perfect opportunity to let go of all the stress of the work week - and to find some sweet rejuvenation for the weekend! We will take a little time to stretch and let go of all those places that might be a little bound up, then we will add a some flowing movement to release tension in the body and mind. Then we’ll slow back down as we prepare for our final resting pose and some sweet live music to fully relax mind, body and spirit.
