“What a beautifully insightful way to celebrate the new year! Cindy led us through an introspective journey through the past, present and future. The gathering was a great way to refocus, strategize and plan for the new year ahead.
I will definitely make this a yearly tradition! ”
The end of one year and the beginning of another is a perfect time to RESET our systems – body, mind and heart – so that we can meet the new year with renewed energy, vision, clarity and purpose.
This popular workshop is based on a nourishing ritual Cindy established for herself years ago. It will help you release what is no longer serving you – whatever has been holding you back, hindering your growth, or otherwise keeping you from being your most vibrant and radiant self – and then help you determine how you want to show up in the New Year. As part of the workshop, you will be guided through an organic process that will reveal a word or phrase to guide you as you walk proudly and courageously into the New Year and beyond.
Early Bird Rate through Dec. 15: $59/person (virtual $49)
Regular Rate: $69/person (virtual $59)
Space is limited. This workshop is expected to fill quickly.
Advance registration is required.
Registration closes at noon on Dec. 30.
EARLY BIRD RATES THROUGH DEC. 15
Please note: This workshop does not include yoga asana practice. If you would like to include the physical practice of yoga in your new year’s preparation, I will be offering a New Year's Eve Candlelight Yoga: Release & Let Go on Dec. 31. The class will be from 4-5 p.m. (CT). Many people enjoy doing both the class and the workshop. The yoga class offers the perfect opportunity to release bodily tensions and and open your heart and mind for the workshop — and the year!
