MINDFULNESS MEDITATION: A PATHWAY TO TRUE FREEDOM & HAPPINESS

A 6-WEEK VIRTUAL COURSE FOR WOMEN

February 3-March 9, 2024
Saturday Mornings - 10-11:30 a.m. (CT)
(No class 3/2)

Registration closes February 2 at 12 p.m. (CT)

Have you had some experience with mindfulness and/or meditation, but are finding it hard to go it alone?

Has your practice become dry and stale — and could use a fresh infusion of some juiciness?

Are you longing for the sacred support of community — so essential to the spiritual path?

Are you seeking greater peace? Deeper happiness? Less stress? More acceptance of yourself, others, life as it is? Do you want to cultivate more compassion and loving kindness — for yourself and others?

This course offers you the following:

  • The opportunity to refresh your commitment to and enliven your mindfulness practice, giving it fresh energy and renewed vibrancy

  • New tools and practices for deeper awareness, self-compassion, and bringing more loving kindness — towards yourself and others — into your life

  • The opportunity to join in the oh so essential sacred community that makes practice rich and fruitful

  • The ability to enhance the possibilities of this New Year bringing you what you most desire — in peace, love, understanding and happiness.

Today — as we face the continuing challenges of political divisiveness, climate change, and multiple world conflicts — in addition to our own personal challenges — finding inner balance and peace has never been more important.

Mindfulness meditation can bring you all these things—and in so doing, a greater freedom to live life authentically, with meaning, and with deeper joy and reverence.

This series of classes has been carefully designed to help you re-awaken and enliven whatever your mindfulness practice has been. We’ll begin where it always helps to return to — no matter how long we’ve been practicing — at the beginning, reviewing the basic principles and practices of mindfulness meditation. Then we’ll journey deeper than we’ve gone before, with an intentional focus on self-compassion and lovingkindness — for oneself and all beings.

Whether your practice is going strong, you’ve completely fallen off the path, or you simply want to connect with others as part of your practice, this class will offer you the support and guidance you need to find greater clarity, ease, compassion and lovingkindness in your life.

Space is limited. Early registration highly advised.
Advance registration is required.

Registration closes February 2 at 12 p.m. (CT)
