Friday Flex & Flow offers the perfect opportunity to let go of all the stress of the work week - and to find some sweet rejuvenation for the weekend. The class begins with gentle stretching to warm up the body followed by flowing movement to release tension in the body and mind. Savasana includes live music to fully relax mind, body and spirit.
For those of you who are Iyengar students who have been taking classes at the Yoga Center for a while, this class offers a wonderful opportunity to experience combining poses into flowing movement.
And of course, those of you with other yoga experiences are very welcome, too!
