A rejuvenating practice for your lunch hour. The class combines gentle stretching with flowing movement to release tension in body and mind.
For those of you who are Iyengar students who have been taking classes at the Yoga Center for a while, this class offers a wonderful opportunity to experience combining poses into flowing movement.
And of course, those of you with other yoga experiences are very welcome, too!
