Holidays can be a stressful time - and this season, with all its sacrifices, is more likely to be so than usual.
And yet, there is sooo much to be grateful for! Pausing to move our bodies, slow down our minds, and invite in gratitude is a sure way to make this day of thanks - and the holiday season to come - more enriching, more peaceful, more meaningful.
These classes are about more than just physical movement.
This is about community.
My classes offer a unique opportunity to connect with others - so very important for us all right now. Unlike pre-recorded online yoga classes, I will be with you LIVE. We will say hello, I will offer a brief grounding meditation, then we will take a moment to connect with each other before our asana (the physical postures) practice begins.
As a special treat, I offer live music during savasana. We also take a moment at the end of class to say good-bye and close our connection together as we wish each other well.

RELAX & RESTORE class description: A deliciously relaxing—and relaxingly delicious class! This peaceful practice includes gentle movement, slow stretching, a few restorative poses, a bit of guided meditation, deep breathing—and a sonorous time of resonant live viola music, singing bowl playing and/or singing/chanting during the final resting pose (savasana). Some call the class ‘chill’ - some ‘relax-icious’!
All levels and all bodies welcome. A wonderful class for brand new beginners and those with mobility limitations - but equally nourishing for advanced practitioners! (Check out my Tuesday All Levels class, if you’d like more flow and/or challenge.)
