This sonorous meditative experience will bring you into alignment with the radiant wellbeing of your entire being – body, mind and soul.

Award-winning songwriter/multi-instrumentalist and yoga/meditation teacher Cindy Novelo will assist you in coming into full presence through a brief guided meditation focused on love and compassion, then guide you through gentle mindful movement to release bodily tensions, cultivate somatic awareness, and bring loving kindness to your dear and beloved self, just as you are. 

We will then move into stillness as Cindy creates a full 45-minute soundscape with multiple singing bowls, chimes, vocals, and soulfully resonant viola music – a deliciously vibratory experience to bring relaxation and healing to your whole being.

This practice is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. All bodies welcome.
