This Friday class offers the perfect opportunity to let go of all the stress of the work week - and to find some sweet rejuvenation for the weekend!
We will take a little time to stretch and let go of all those places that might be a little bound up, then we will add a some flowing movement to release tension in the body and mind. Then we’ll slow back down as we prepare for our final resting pose and some sweet live music to fully relax mind, body and spirit.
All bodies welcome. Some previous experience recommended—but not required.
