This Sunday I’ll be returning to Unity Church of Lawrence for this online service to offer a talk on my favorite topic of the moment: "Yes, You Have Choices! Learning to Respond Wisely to Life through the Energies of the Elements."

During this time of solstice - and really throughout this past year - connecting to the Earth’s energies has been a powerfully healing and nurturing experience. We all hold within us the power of each of the elements - earth, air, water and fire. The wisest way to respond to any given situation is not always the same. It depends upon the circumstances. Sometimes we need to be steady and strong like a mountain, sometimes flowing like water, sometimes expansive and spacious like air - and sometimes we need to speak truth to power with the fire we hold within. The good news is - we can actively learn to cultivate and embody these energies! As we step into a more embodied presence we can live more fully - with more presence, more resilience, more hope, more joy!
