I am honored to have been asked to provide music for this Virtual Ramadan Eid Festival/Observation sponsored by the Dialogue Institute of the Southwest - Kansas City.

Eid marks the end of the fasting period of the Muslim month of Ramadan and is celebrated after Ramadan is over to offer God thanks for the patience and health required during the long month of fasting.

Guests from countries around the world (Azerbaijan, Russia, Krgyzistan, Turkey and Nigeria and more) will share how this sacred Muslim holiday is celebrated in different cultures and local Kansas Citians will share their own Ramadan Eid experience.

Singer-Songwriter Cindy Novelo, Guitarist Mike Yunghans and Sufi Musician Rahmi K. will offer live performances!
