The end of one year and the beginning of another is such a perfect time for renewal. This very popular workshop is based on a ritual Cindy established for herself years ago which she has found extremely helpful and inspiring - and so she was led to offer it to others.
The afternoon’s ritual will really get us off to our best start, helping us to release that which is no longer serving us - whatever it is that has been holding us back, hindering our growth, or otherwise keeping us from being our most radiant selves - and then determining just how we want to show up in the new year. As part of the workshop, we will be identifying a word or phrase we can use for the year that will help guide us as we welcome the new year and walk proudly and courageously into it and beyond.
Note: This workshop does not include the physical practice of yoga. If you would like to include asana practice as part of your New Year’s Day, please sign up for my New Year’s Day yoga class from 12-1. The class will be a perfect way to open you up more completely for the afternoon workshop!
$55/person
This workshop is expected to fill quickly.
Advance registration is required.
Please note: This workshop does not include yoga asana practice. If you would like to include the physical practice of yoga in your day, you’re in luck! I will be offering a New Year’s Day yoga class prior to the workshop - also at Westside Yoga. The class will be from 12-1. Many people enjoy doing both the class and the workshop! The yoga class offers the perfect opportunity to open your mind and heart for the workshop - and the year! You are welcome to bring a sack lunch with you to eat during the break. Registration for the class will open Fall 2020.
