Coach & Client Commitment Agreement

I am committed to the very best results for you. To ensure that there are no misunderstandings between us as we work together, please read the following Coach & Client Commitment carefully.

SCHEDULING: I will send you a tentative schedule of calls in a separate email. Please check your calendar to verify whether or not these times work for you. If not, please let me know as soon as you are able and we will find times that do. If you need to reschedule a future call, please do so as much in advance as possible.

Call times are stated in Central Time.

If your program is scheduled to cover a span of 6 months, then the end date for your program will be 6 months from the time of our first call. The same is true for a 4-month or 3-month program. 

We will have calls every 2 weeks, with no more than 3 per month for the duration. It is your responsibility to make sure that your calls are scheduled – and completed – within the time parameters of the program length. Scheduling calls every two weeks is optimal for building and maintaining the new habits, practices and mindset shifts we will be establishing. 


VACATION ALLOWANCES: Of course you are allowed to take vacations! (And so am I.) Wherever possible, we will adjust the call schedule to accommodate our schedules. In the event that vacations do not allow for regularly scheduled coaching calls in a certain month, then we will add time to the calls prior to and/or after the vacation to ensure we stay on track and that you receive all of the focus and attention (and time) as promised. For example, if an extended vacation interferes with our regular two week schedule, we will extend time on calls before you leave or after you return to include the full amount of time per month (i.e., two 70 minute calls instead of three 45-minute calls.) 


CALLS: At the time of our session, please call me at 785-331-7123. Please call in ON TIME. If you are late for your call, we will use the remaining balance of your appointment time. Our call will end at the regularly scheduled time, as I may have other clients scheduled after you. 


PRE-CALL FORM: After our first strategy call, I will send you a Pre-Call Questionnaire. Please save this form and complete it before each subsequent call. Please return it to me at least 24 hours prior to each appointment. If this isn’t done, the call will be forfeited. This is not a punishment, but rather to ensure that you stay engaged with the process! 


DURING THE CALL: Please call from a quiet place to concentrate on our work together. Please do not eat, prepare meals, drive, take care of your children, or do anything else when you’re being coached. Consider this sacred time. 


PAYMENT: You may choose to pay by check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. If you have chosen to pay upfront, you may put your coaching fee on one single credit card, or more than one. 

If you have chosen a payment option, your payment will be processed on the agreed upon dates without you having to do anything.


CLIENT DAYS AND HOURS: Whenever possible, I schedule all of my client calls Tuesday – Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Central Time. (Exceptions may sometimes be made due to time zone conflicts, etc., at the coach’s discretion.)

The weeks that we are not coaching together are good opportunities for you to implement and catch up on any homework from the previous session. 


RESCHEDULING and CANCELLATIONS: I understand that things happen and we are all living an amazingly exciting and intricate life. That being said, it is also imperative that we respect each other’s time and calendar and do not reschedule appointments excessively. If necessary, rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled called. If a call is missed, then that call is forfeited and the time will be lost. 

I am committed to your results. To that end, I ask that my clients do not reschedule or cancel their appointments unless it is truly necessary. If something out of your control happens and you absolutely need to reschedule, please give me as much advance notice as possible. As with any professional service business, the call will not be rescheduled if missed without a 24-hour notice. If you experience a true emergency, we will work around it. 


EMAIL: Because I believe coaching is a sacred relationship, and a delicate process, I do not coach via email. However, I am aware that you might have questions or run into challenges between sessions. If so, please do not hesitate to email me. If it is too big of a question or something that we need time to discuss, then I will recommend we hold the topic until our next coaching conversation. 

If you send me something via email on Thursday night or Friday, I’ll most likely respond on the following Monday. 


CONFIDENTIALITY: I will not, at any time, use any of your information for my own benefit, or disclose any information to any third party without your express permission. I will also not divulge that we are in a working relationship unless you give me permission to do so. You are free to tell others we are working together. 


DECISIONS AND RESULTS: You are ultimately responsible for decisions made about your life and your business. I will offer resources, make referrals, and share my experiences. However, it is up to you to decide which, if any, to act upon. If you decide to take a recommendation, it is your choice and you take full responsibility for it. 

If you decide to work with someone based on my referral, you must know the workings of that relationship will be entirely separate of my relationship with you. 


NONDISCLOSURE: Material that I give you in the course of our work together is proprietary, copyrighted and developed specifically for my clients. You agree that such proprietary material is solely for your own personal use for the purpose of our coaching relationship. Any disclosure to a third party is strictly prohibited. 

MY CLIENTS ARE MY PRIORITY.
