Cindy’s retreat changed my life. Literally. It gave me a totally new perspective, changed how I see everything. The way Cindy was able to open my heart and mind broke me wide open and showed me a whole new world.
Thank you, Cindy!

Plymouth Women’s Retreat - February, 2019

Reflection. Celebration. Communion.

There is nothing so powerful as taking time away from our busy lives to reflect in a deeper way about what this life is - and how we want to be in it.

When we join with others on the path in doing so, it becomes even more powerful. And is cause for celebration - of all we are and all we do.

And when women gather together, magic happens. There is a trust, an intimacy, an openness that arises which allows us to really be who we are, to express our deepest hopes and fears, and in so doing, to be transformed.

It is often hard for us, as women, to take the time we need - and deserve - to truly nurture ourselves, to get in touch with our deepest selves, to rest, restore, rejuvenate. And yet, it is so doing that we find our deepest power and meaning.

Give yourself this gift. Honor your worth. The beauty of life awaits you!

As we wade through the challenges, the opportunities, the joys, and the sorrows of our everyday lives, we must also honor our need to look upon our lives with new eyes...

The opportunity is always there. A morning spent in silence, an evening at a yoga workshop, an hour of quiet prayer in an empty church, an afternoon of meditation, or a weekend retreat - and we rediscover, re-experience, the truth of our lives and the roles we want to play in them.
